Through creativity, collaboration and craftsmanship, your group will work together to create a unique fused glass artwork that reflects the people behind the organisation. Rather than creating individual pieces, each participant designs and creates a section of a larger project, contributing their own ideas, colours and creativity to the final artwork.

As the individual sections come together, the project begins to take shape, transforming many separate contributions into one cohesive design. Once completed, the pieces are professionally assembled, fused and finished in our kilns to create a permanent artwork that can be proudly displayed within your organisation.

The finished panel becomes more than a decorative piece — it is a lasting reminder of a shared experience, collective achievement and the people who created it together.

Most of our workshops can be transformed into team-building activities, allowing participants to create individual projects or contribute towards a larger collaborative artwork. Whether you're looking for a relaxed social event, a creative challenge or a memorable shared experience, we can tailor the activity to meet your needs.

Team-building workshop prices start from €28 per person, with a range of options available depending on group size, project choice and location. We are always happy to discuss new ideas and can work with you to create a bespoke experience that reflects your organisation, team and goals.
